Dekakom in Rokycany – new headquarters, high standard of work environment

In this project, in collaboration with designer Kateřina Gillarová from the Pilsen-based company “Arbyd”, we managed to connect a comprehensive green mix of our products and services which allowed for a fully working project with nature indoors.

• Greenery works as a design element, with a green wall at the entrance and moss accents running throughout the entire company shaping the first impression and defining the style of the whole space.
• Functional space division without walls – green columns and standalone plants naturally separate zones (reception and social area) without disrupting the open concept.
• The possibility to work with various types of natural materials (mounded moss, flat moss, lichen, wooden slats) allows layering of textures and colors, complementing the architectural lines of the entire project.

Moss accents for subtle brand signals

Logo, stripes, framing — moss provides the opportunity for a long-lasting, maintenance-free effect.

Moss elements at the reception, a moss logo in the dining area, and a long line of moss lichen winding through all the meeting rooms support a sense of continuity, a harmonious environment, and reduce stress levels during the workday.

Immediate visual effect & an atmosphere that welcomes

A vertical plant wall at the entrance creates a positive first impression for both visitors and employees. It looks impressive and functional while adding a natural softness to the space, which many modern interiors often lack. The different types and colors of the plants used create an interesting visual effect.

Design that works with the space

Indoor plants here are not just decoration; they define functional zones, visually lighten the architecture, and create places where people feel better. For example, a large Dracaena plant by the window corner in the dining area naturally softens the space, and individual Schefflera plants give the main meeting room a representative character.

A large planter with high-quality artificial plants in the hallway on the first floor shows that a green solution exists for every type of interior. It allows you to work with greenery even in places where live plants would have no chance of thriving due to the lack of natural light.
